The onset of perimenopause age

If we smoke we will enter perimenopause earlier than nonsmokers, by at least two years. Living an unhealthy lifestyle can bring on perimenopause earlier for women versus those who are healthy, fit, and active, it is a physical change and can be governed by our physical condition.

What bodily changes we can expect during perimenopause?
In order to understand the changes a body goes through you should know this about perimenopause; it is not a permanent phase. It is the body’s way of preparing for menopause, which is a natural transition. Causes of early menopause.

Menopause usually begins by the age of 51 for women in the western world. For women who enter menopause before the age of 40, it is defined as premature menopause. For these women early menopause causes even more difficulties; physical and emotional concerns such as the ability to bear children can make life even more frustrating when dealing with the symptoms of perimenopause.

Early menopause can be caused by medical procedures, severe illness, and emotional stress, no matter the reason; a physician can help with these severe issues. Perimenopause is a serious subject, but it can be dealt with comfortably and confidently with the right mental attitude. Since we began the life of a woman we have gone through the stages required for attaining fertility, maintaining a fertile body, and now we are entering the part that will shut down that fertility. Being of perimenopause age does not mean the end of our womanhood, it is the beginning of a new phase, we will be the butterflies, and we can be free to fly forward and be happy.
